Deskera Accounting Error when adding a sub field

 Hi everyone. I am having a problem with my Deskera Accounting application.

An error pop-upped that says “Field is blank or data already present” (attached below) whenever I try to add sub field.

What does this error means?

I already entered data to the field. Is there something wrong with whatever I am trying to enter?

Deskera Accounting Error when adding a sub field

Hello Annaatutor,

Deskera is a system that helps you facilitate processing and recording of financial management. It lets you maintain, create and monitor all transactions that have been purchased; maintains all the records of every services and products of costumes; and analyze, maintain and record financial data. Your problem about "Field is blank or data already present" error tells you that there is already existing name of subfield on the list data of subfields you want to create. So, better provide a new name which is different from the previous data to avoid this kind of prompt message.
