Dell Inspiron- problem with webcam

I currently own a Dell inspiron n5110 2010 edition. Due to a clogged up system, I proceeded to format the laptop. Due to the formatting all the proprietary programs on the laptop have been removed. I am facing issues with the inboard webcam. I have tried to look for the driver, to no avail. Can anyone help me with this please?

Dell Inspiron- problem with webcam

If you can get your installation disk that came together with you laptop, that would be great, but if not, then you have to find the appropriate driver for your laptop’s camera.

The easy way is to install My Dell App, it’s the automated tool from Dell to fix system problems before and after they arise.

Although, I think the My Dell App solved your problem, if with no luck with My Dell App, then you can also download the driver manually. Don’t worry, it is self-installation, so after downloading it will automatically install the driver.
