DAX 2012 to Outlook Sync Error

I tried synchronizing Outlook with DAX 2012 Contacts, it worked perfectly the first time but when I tried the second time I got this error message “could not retrieve folder information from Microsoft Outlook”. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Microsoft Outlook is an important software for managing all of your email services. You can manage all of your different email accounts by sending and receiving new mail.

You can create different categories to manage your important and non-important mail. You may have a problem with Outlook crashing, or your antivirus might be creating these problems, so you should first disable your antivirus and open Microsoft Outlook.

If your Microsoft Outlook is okay, that you can use it normally. If you are still facing this problem, it may be caused by Microsoft Outlook crashing, so install it again.

This may help you solve the problem.

DAX 2012 to Outlook Sync Error

Hello!

It's basically happened as a result of a virus attack. I think you may be suffering from this detrimental effect. First of all, you should fully scan your PC with a powerful antivirus. Then, you can install Microsoft Outlook.

I think after that there will be no more problems. If there’s any problem, you can disable the antivirus when you use Microsoft Outlook.
