Hi Experts,

The Dataplex setup has encountered a problem. It is indicating that the license is already in use.

I have no idea about the message.

Please help me to fix it.

The Dataplex setup has encountered a problem

Hello,

First of all make sure that you have installed the genuine version of dataplex. If you have downloaded the pirated version of the software or using the pirated key then you will get these kinds of errors. Make sure that the key you are using has been purchased and not the pirated one.

The Dataplex setup has encountered a problem

 

Hi Davis,

     This normally happens if you had added components on your computer or if you are installing expansion cards on your MOBO,  then Dataplex would detect that you are installing it on another computer. Dataplex is running via licensed software, meaning it is one to one, one license for one system. The best way to avoid such inconvenience is to uninstall dataplex first while you still have an internet connection.  However if you did not fall on this scenario then you can have your dataplex license reset by emailing [email protected].
