Data collection from PDF File

Hi,

I have been doing various types of work but most of the work is data collected from a PDF file so at this moment I collect data after typing. But it is very difficult and time consuming to collect data from PDF files.

Have any Idea that can help me to collect data in the easiest way from PDF files?

Data collection from PDF File

 

Hi Dear

The data collection of PDF files is not as tough as you have mentioned. If you will identify what type of data you want to collect, then it will help me to understand the issue. There are many types of data actually, for example pictures, tables, quotes or many more. There can be also another meaning of collecting data from PDF files means that you want to search our data on Google in the form of PDF files. For both you need to follow the instructions below.

1: If you want to collect data in form of PDF files from internet source like “Google” or any other informative website, you need to search out the files with extension also. Like on Google you will select “Advance Search” option nearly below in the search bar. From there you can select “PDF” from the list of Formats given. After that, whatever you will search out the data will be given in the form of PDF files.

2: And if you want to collect data from the PDF files, you need to select the specific tool function for that, for example, for copying picture, you will select the option of “Camera” given in the standard toolbar, and for copying the characters or paragraphs, you will select the “select” option given in the same standard toolbar.

Data collection from PDF File

 

At first open the PDF file and after left button click on Select button from PDF file. Then you may select any word or sentence from PDF file and now you may paste it in MS-Word or an excel file.
