I AM NOT ABLE TO ACCESS TATA PHOTON WITH OUTLOOK DATA CARD IS WORKING FINE and i am able to browse website.

Data Card is Working but Unable to Access Tata Photon with Outlook

 

If this is the first time that this happens, try disconnecting your USB modem, restart your computer then try it again. Check if your connection is fixed after a reboot. To access your emails with Microsoft Office Outlook using your Tata Photon mobile stick, you must have a regular internet subscription with an ISP. You cannot use Microsoft Office Outlook if you are just using a prepaid internet with your mobile modem USB stick.

Microsoft Office Outlook requires a specific mail server address and port number and you can only get this from an ISP and this is what a prepaid internet doesn’t have. If you are using a postpaid internet subscription then maybe your Tata Photon stick is not installed properly. Try reinstalling the modem on your computer then try it again.
