Damaged File Error on the Sims Game Installation

Hello,

I am a gaming designer and wanted to test out Sims games which are newly introduced into the market. I download the game and installed on my system. But I am facing with a peculiar error message while opening the game stating that the file is damaged.

Please fix this issue as I need to identify bugs ion the game and update to my team.

Hi Jack,

It seems that your file is corrupted. Probably caused by an error while downloading. I recommend that you download Sims again and ensure no interruptions while downloading. To ensure healthy file while downloading you should minimize network traffic. That includes closing applications that utilizes internet functions except for those application needed by the system (i.e. antivirus). You need to wait until download is finished, then try to install again.
