Custom access url branding ? ?

Query regarding custom access url branding. Incase we process using a custom URL that we currently have, will this hinder the utilization of the original URL from being used? Just want to make sure if users try to go to the old URL that they will not receive an error message. How can we ensure and prevent this from happening and what steps should we take ?

Your query is focused on the possibility of getting an error message if somebody accesses your old URL which you have already branded. URL branding is basically sharing a link with your own custom URL, thus opening it to the possibilities of having more related files/products that your old URL already has. In your case, this does not actually hinder the use of your old URL, instead it redirects users to its “extension”. However, if the old URL is no longer in need, it is more appropriate to disable it first and create a new URL.
