Create Online Purchase Order Form using the Java Programming

As I know you want to create an online purchase order form for the U-Built-It Hardware Company. You can easily do so just refer the attached file here in with my reply.

The attached file contains a program to create an online purchase order form for the U-Built-It Hardware Company. Just open the file to find extension, run it and you can see your Online purchase order form as the output.
