To create a Pivot table manually just follow the instruction.

1. Hit on the cell or the data in the sheet.

2. Navigate to insert tab and hit on tables and choose Pivot table.

3. The Create Pivot table will appear with the range you want to select OK to create the table.

4. Click on Add this data to the data model to include multiple tables.
