Cover Editor is not printing

Hello

I have attempted every probable method to print disc covers by this software, but failed. After generating the design as well as layout and choosing printer etc, I see that the program will not able to connect with the printer.

But there is no problem in my printer, by other software such as: Greeting Card Factory, it prints effectively;

As a result,there is a problem with the configuration of AVS Cover Editor, i know, the problem is software related.

I need a solution.

I have uninstalled and also removed it from the registry but no luck.

Also i have re-installed it but same problem.

Please help.

Hello Anna,

If you uninstalled and then reinstalled the Cover Editor application using the same setup software that resulted into problems, then that could be the mistake you are making. I will therefore suggest that you try the following:

  • Uninstall the Cover Editor application that you have installed.
  • Go to the internet and look for the Cover editor from genuine sites like MajorGeeks, Softpedia.
  • Download the application and the install it and see if it will work.

You can as well choose to purchase a copy of the application from a store just in case the copy you have had problems, or you can return the one you purchase and demand for a replacement.
