I am just starting to use WM 6.1. I have installed the latest versions of Skype and ROM in my HTC TyTN II.
Every time I start running Skype, an error message appears (see below).
Error:
Could not start Skype.
The error still persists even if I use 3G or WiFi.
Can somebody help me please?

Why don’t you try to download an updated version or an older version and then try to run it on the phone. However there are few applications that are not supported of custom ROMS and might not work properly. This can be one of these software.
There are few things that you can try before doing anything else.
Download and install the latest Skype. CAB file and then download the real version of the file.
This is a double installation so don’t confuse it with anything else.
First download the CAB file.
On your device install the CAB first, the 2.1 Skype version.
Install the second file now, the 2.2.0.45 Skype.
Enter the program and start the Skype.
