Could not initialize DirectX Graphics

Hi,

Every time, I attempted to start Soldatan error message occurs ‘Could not initialize DirectX Graphics’.  I have installed the latest version of DirectX but I am unable to remove this issue. I also have tried in compatibility mode but the same issue persists. I need to fix the problem as soon as possible so help me with a proper solution. Thanks in advance.

You must have installed DirctX 8 Or better.

Try running Soldat in compatibility mode.

You have to update to the latest DirectX version and look that if your video card drivers are up to date too. When you open the Soldat go to the Setup program, click on More and make sure that Video Compatibility is ticked. Then uncheck Antialiasing and Dithering and change the Bitrate to 16 (#6.).
