HI every one,

I am jamesloper,i have been suffering a problem for 3 month.I have a SYMPHONY mobile phone. Their have a Skype software but i can't use it.I have a Skype account but i can't login my Skype account from my mobile phone.I want to video call from Skype account.I use the internet connection from my mobile phone but i can't use Skype.It's very painful for me.I want to use Skype from my mobile phone.I don't understand which way i can solve this problem."So i want the solution about this problem".please give me solution as soon as possible.

Hello Jamesloper, You did not mention the model to the Phone. Because these type software may have a target mobile phone. So first you have to find the correct mobile phone software. Symphoney mobile runs by Java operating system. So you have to find skype java version. There is another setting available. Go to this location Menu>Multimedia>Java>Java . There you will find all installed software in your mobile phone. Now select Skype and then go to Option>Settings.>Network  Profile. Then click OK. Their Network profile select User specific, Select SIM:[choose your SIM. This SIM is going to be used by the application], Java SIM1 Profile: [Change the value Default to correct APN for that SIM], Java SIM2 Profile:[ Change the value Default to correct APN for that SIM]. Now Save the changes and run the application. I think now you may not face any problem. If you still facing the problem  then your mobile does not support skype fully.
