Hello Gamers,

Last time when I tried to connect Battlefield 2 in online, it gives the  following message and forbid to connect.

The message is "A connection error occurred.

If this happen during account creation press cancel and then login with your new account.

How can I overcome this situation?

Should I open a new account or do something else?

Then it is obvious that you have a network problem, either from them or for you.

Follow the steps below and see if something below works.

Solution 1:

Check for you connection settings and see if you have internet access. Open a web browser and see if you have the connection there. This is just to make sure that you have the necessary requirements to access battlefield.

Solution 2:

Check their website and see if they are under maintenance or if the account creation is not experiencing any problem. Or check if they have a busy server.

Solution 3:

Contact your service provider, they might have a problem in their connection. And what you're experiencing is the cause of them trying to fix something in their network.
