Total image converter is the best OCR. I can give an tutorial on this.

In this software you can convert, resize, rotate, crop, and apply text or logo as you can see in the below picture.

1. Image the file from the file tree. Then check those images that you want to convert.

2. Click the target format button. You may type destination path manually. After you press start, converter coverts your image.
