Just download Google Apps sync. It is a plug in which is built for Microsoft Outlook Because it keeps you managing your business of Google Apps or education in your account. It sync your Contacts, Notes, Calendar events and mails. The task which is given to Google profile between both Google Apps Account and outlook in cloud. You can access them from any where at any time every information which is held on it without any interface.

There is a Google client that can be installed to interact with different applications in your computer i.e.
Browsers, Office Apps etc.
Based on my research this is the most closest that you can get when it comes to an app like this.
