Hello,

I have this error message with my Kaching mobile banking. I used this app on first android device and it worked great. Now I have an Apple device and this error doesn’t let me to make some payments. Does anyone have any idea why this app is not working on my Apple device ? Is there a solution for this or should I change the device ?

Kaching app has been removed from the Apple Store and users who still have it cannot make ti to function properly.

There is no fix for this on iOS – if you want to use the Kaching, you need to switch to either Android or Windows phones. Alternatively, you can use some other banking app.
