Cloud Computing Technology vs actual PCs with single OS

I would like to ask for some clarifications on matters regarding Cloud Computing, I hope that someone there could help me out with this…

Will all development and testing work platforms be migrated to Cloud Computing and will it be secured enough? As compared to using actual physical PCs with single OS, will the results be consistent?

Cloud Computing Technology vs actual PCs with single OS

To be honest, there are still things that are questionable when it comes to security in cloud computing. Though it has been a very promising business concept to one of the fastest growing segments of the IT industry, there are still some questionable areas which are as follows:

• Every breached security system that is used was once considered to be infallible.
• There are still questions concerning law and jurisdiction related to data.

But in my opinion cloud computing has best security measure that will guarantee protection of you information as compared to storing the information on a stand alone computer.
