Duplicate images in the PC cause space wastage managing those duplicate files will save space in gigabytes, make the computer faster and organize those pictures. To manage them, we need to find them. How to find duplicate pictures windows 7?

To Clear The Memory Space Being Wasted By The Identical Files.

We can find duplicate pictures and delete them by using the following software:

1) DUP DETECTOR

The criterion is that all the images should be present in one folder.

It compares the pixel data for every picture. All this is recorded in a data file and the comparison is carried out.

The first window has four tabs- ‘method, get data, find dups and view dups’.

The file formats supported by this software are- pg, BMP, WMV, PSP, PCX.

2) SIMILAR IMAGES

It finds duplicate images on the hard disk using graphics library.

It supports wide variety of file formats.

Result window has two image panels.

There are options like delete one or both files, swap files etc. 
