Hello experts, my work involves sending e-mails regularly which are mostly official. I want to add the logo of my organization regarding my signature. Is there any way in settings of www.gmail.com inbox messages through which I can add my company’s logo as my signature. Kindly help me with a solution.

Yes, of course, you can add and change it anytime you want. Add or change a signature:

1. Launch Gmail.

2. Select setting icon “ ,”navigate Settings.

3. Add your signature text, in the “Signature” section.

4. You can edit and format your message with images also.

5. Select Save Changes.

Change In Www.gmail.com Inbox Messages Settings

If you want to add or insert a signature on your messages when composing an email with Gmail, that would be easy. First, go to Google Mail and log in to your account. Once you are logged in, click “Settings” or the gear icon located on the upper right corner of the screen near your profile picture then select “Settings”.

On the next screen, under “General” tab, scroll down and look for “Signature”. In the Signature section, select the option below “No signature” to add a signature then add the texts you want to use as your signature in the text field.

If you want to include the logo of your organization in your signature, click the “Insert Image” icon then upload the image you want to use as the logo.

When you are finished setting up your signature, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Save Changes”. And that’s it.
