Certain Apps Not Working

Since I’ve installed the update, certain apps have stopped responding. I’ve tried rebooting my phone, but the apps are not working. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the apps, but they still are not opening. Those apps are really important for my everyday work, and I need to use them. Is there any way I can fix this?

Certain Apps Not Working

Android keeps updating the terms and conditions keeping in mind the safety and privacy of Android users. Due to that, some apps might not work. Make sure your apps are up to date. An old version of apps might not be supported by your newly updated phone.

The problem might be caused by another app too. Check if all your battery consuming apps are closed. Try stopping the app. You can do it by going to app info and clicking “Force stop” then clear cache.

Do not delete app info until it becomes necessary. If none of the above works, contact app developer.
