We are giving our time on an issue at our accounting firm customers’ sites where we run into the following when installing CaseWare Working Papers 2011 on a newly installed Windows 7 system:

The problem you are having seems to be quite a serious one. I stumbled upon easy solution and I hope it will help you to resolve your problem.

Before attempting this, you MUST uninstall any CaseWare software, including Working Papers 2011. After you uninstalled it, restart your machine.

If this solution doesn't work, I suggest you to call CaseWare Support.
