Hi, Techyv. I am trying to download the SiSoftware Sandra Professional Business Software Informer.Â
No matter how many times I try to download, I get an error message.
I am unsure what to do at this point. I have tried to download the program multiple times.Â
I have rebooted my computer, but it doesn’t help either. Does anyone know what is wrong?
What can I do to fix this problem?Â

Can’t download SiSoftware Sandra Professional Business Software Informer
Maybe some other software is accessing your program while it is being installed on the computer like disk utility program or antivirus.
But usually, in cases like this where the program is in use by another process it is the antivirus that is causing the conflict in the installation. The antivirus actively monitors all file activities in the operating system especially when you are doing an installation where there is a lot of file activity happening in an instance.
Like here, you are doing an installation for SiSoftware Sandra Professional Business. While the installation is on going your antivirus monitors and scans every file that is launched in the setup, every access made to a file or group of files, every folder that is copied to drive C. That’s why it sometimes consumes additional time when installing a particular software especially if the software is quite big.
If you are having problems doing the installation, do it in Safe mode where the antivirus is not running by default.

Restart the computer.

Right after BIOS starts loading press F8 to boot in Safe mode.

Windows Advanced Options Menu will display next. Choose Safe Mode from the available options and then hit Enter all the way. Follow the next dialog box that will appear.
You are now in Safe mode. Install SiSoftware Sandra Professional Business.
After the installation restart the computer and boot normally.
