Cannot update HP on my computer

When I chose the HP option in my start menu and try to update it, I get an error message. Can someone please help me with this?

Ok you all you can do is to visit the HP support center and try to see the option on how to update your hp. Or maybe you need to restart so that it will update all the files you have.
