I need help on my Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer 2010. Whenever I am using the application and open an animation, an error is appearing stating: cannot open specified file. What do you think is the problem? Any suggestions will do. Thank you.

I think that animation file is being corrupted or damaged by virus or other effect. In order to solve this problem you need to follow some steps.
1.      Install powerful antivirus software and scan full computer.
2.      Delete all viruses, warm spyware or other threats.

4.      If your file is not corrupted then open the CD of power point and reinstall power point. Reinstalling power point will recover those damage of power point and it will open that animation file easily.  Â
