Cannot login to Microsoft games

Hello,

I have tried to solve the error below that am getting from Windows Market place, but I have not been successful. I cleared my cache and tried creating new accounts with different emails but no solution yet. Need your help experts.

Error message:

Sign in error

There is a problem with your account that you need to resolve before signing in.

Cannot login to Microsoft games

As you say you have already tried resetting and deleting cookies. Try clearing your DNS cache. It will help in removing any dynamically allocated entries. Open command prompt (Open Run, Type cmd) and type IPCONFIG/flushdns

If this does not fix your issue, try checking your live account for Security information and Billing Information. If there is any out-dated cards, remove them and try again.

Lastly, in case you are using multiple computers through one internet connection, i.e. you are using a router in your premises, try port forwarding.
