when I try to run a game on my computer I get the following error and the game does not open. Can anyone tell me what can be the possible solution for the problem? Any suggestion will be helpful.

You can’t launch the game from this software or device Please check that you fulfill all of these requirements: Windows Vista or later Compatible 32-bit (not 64-bit) Web Browser An active PC soldier

Hi there,
 
The error message you get says the software you are trying to use is not compatible with your operating system. You are probably using 64-bit Windows, and the game requires 32-bit browser so it's normal it cannot start.
 
The simplest solution would be finding a suitable version of the software for the 64-bit Windows.

Hi Tracy,

 

Based on the error message you’re getting, the only thing you’re missing to launch the game is a 32-bit Web browser.

 

It is possible that you have a 64-bit PC that’s why by default, the applications installed in it, like the Web browser, is also the 64-bit version.

 

Google Chrome is a 32-bit web browser and you can download it for free. Just go to the link below:

https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/

 

I’m sure this will resolve the issue you are having. Just go to that link, download Google Chrome and install it.
