I want to install Diegos Ultimate Rescue League but I a message that comes up and says installation cannot proceed.
It says “can't install some files, please contact the developer for help”.

If you have anti-virus and your memory is enough then adjusting your firewall or game manager settings and disabling some running programs may help. Locate DIR game manager on your hard disk and double click the game 's Exe-file when you adjust manager settings.
There are also game DVDs that are protected, in other words, you can not copy them. Diego's Ultimate Rescue League is among them. Do you have DVD decrypters already?
If none here is a link you can copy: http://www.idealdvdcopy.com/dvd-copy.htm , you have to download the decrypter and update it first. By updating just click "check update" and once it is finish you can start copying the 2 DVDs.
