Cannot find video editor in S G NoteBook

I have upgraded to a new Samsung Galaxy Notebook recently, but cannot find Video editor anywhere. Is it available from any website, can I download it. Please let me know asap as its very urgent. Is there any similar product better than this also let me know about that. Thanks.
