Cannot configure my new gaming keyboard

Hello,

I have recently bought a gaming keyboard, and I do not know the way to use it.

I have tried configuring the keypad for various games, but it is not working either. I am giving a picture of this keyboard below.

Please someone instruct me about how to use this one.

This gaming keyboard comes with pre-configured settings for some games, modern warfare for example. But there may not be any settings available for some games. For what I know is that it is compatible with both the PC and the Mac computers. If it is not working properly, try downloading the latest Logitech software and install them to your computer. If you have them, try running them as administrator. Just right click on the Logitech software and then click run as administrator. If you still are not getting any response from the games you are trying, try reinstalling the drivers and software related to it. Then verify if the keys are actually working.

 

To do this, just go to key profiler from the menu. Select profile, and then choose new. On the dialogue box enter “Notepad” as the name. Select “local profile while game is running” and “Select using game panel display”  Now you should be able to see “Select OK when this game is running: Notepad” on the LCD. Start the notepad and type in a few characters to ensure it’s the foreground window. If it is, whatever you type will appear in the notepad. Then click the LCD button below the checkmark icon, and go back to Key Profiler and click OK on that new profile dialogue box. Now click the G1 button in the key profiler window and select assign keystroke. Press any letter on the keyboard, your keyboard and click OK. Open a notepad or a word document and press G1. The letter you selected should appear on the notepad or word document. This just show that the keys are working well.

Hi,

first of all check the keyboard connection. Sometimes, the problem starts with that.

If you get any software with your gaming keyboard; you have to install that properly.

If the game requires graphics card or any other thing that you don't have i your pc , the gaming keyboard will not work.

So be sure about all above.

 

If you still can't use that, please change the gaming keyboard.

Cannot configure my new gaming keyboard

Hi,

This one is logitech G13 advanced gameboard. It comes with device drivers and Logitech's game panel.There is no plug and play functionality in it so you first need to install the software.

You can also check the system requirements for it.

256 MB RAM, 20MB of available hard disk space, 

GamePanel LCD requires software that supports Logitech GamePanel technology.

For windows based computer

PC with Pentium processor or compatible and  windows xp or windows visita or windows 7

For Mac computer

MAC OS x 10.4 or latter
