I bought hosting and installed WordPress as CMS using Fantastico Autoinstaller. Then I tried to change the language of WordPress site from English to Bangla. I followed all the steps correctly provided by WordPress but the language did not change.
I searched on the Internet about changing languages. All websites discussed the same procedure. I followed the steps again. I pasted language file to language folder. I changed wp-config.php file as shown below. But, it did not work.
What is the reason?

Cannot change language of WordPress site
So you are looking to translate it to a local language, well then there are various alternatives to do it.
I would suggest first of all you should try Freetranslation. Just click the link.
You can either enter a text or the entire website there, and it will convert it in the specified language accordingly.
Another good source to convert the WordPress website into a local language is Worldlingo.
The benefit of Worldlingo is that it will help you build customized translation solutions in the best way possible.
Here's the link for Worldlingo.
All the best,
