Cannot Access Webpage: Connection Reset Error

I want to know what is the meaning of this error message?

“This webpage is not available. ERR_CONNECTION_RESET”

Whenever I am trying to download anything from the web, I am facing this from any machine I use in my Local Area Network, irrespective of the established connection. If there is a way I can overcome this, please let me know.

Cannot Access Webpage: Connection Reset Error

The error “ERR_CONNECTION_RESET” usually occurred when the site you are trying to visit is not able to establish connection with the requested site. Your firewall settings might be blocking this particular connection. You will have to check with your Network settings.

In case the configuration of the TCP/IP settings of your LAN does not allow access to the webpage, the only thing you can do is, drop in at the Server room and have a word with the Administrator about it.
