I came to know that The Canadian Cancer Society (CCSSK) of Saskatchewan is being helped by Cloud to increase its donations by 40 percent. Initially it was hoped for a better customer experience using the cloud, but it is said that even the pledge numbers and participants were increased beyond expectations after using the salesforce data. Is Cancer Charity Society really being helped by Cloud to increase its donations?

The Canadian Cancer Society in Saskatchewan is now being backed up by NewVoiceMedia’s cloud contact centre technology. This increases charitable donations by around 40 percent [40%]. On November 19, 2014, NewVoiceMedia, a top global provider of cloud contact centre solutions, said that the Canadian Cancer Society in Saskatchewan is now using their ContactWorld technology to possibly increase engagement and donations.

This will further allow its mission to eliminate cancer and enhance the quality of life of those who already have cancer. From the time when the solutions from NewVoiceMedia were deployed in February, the charity has already created an omni-channel engagement centre to handle relationships with event participants, survivors, and volunteers which boosted donors’ charitable donations by 40 percent [40%].

This considerably surpasses its first year expectations.
