Can you sync Active Directory

Can you sync Active Directory with Spice Works? We have some faulty computers that we assigned as spares. When the spares are put out, a number is added to their computer names so that they will be distinguished from the duplicate copies for such machines.  Our setup is to delete computers when not used for 30 days, but we tend to lose other unused computers that we need. Any suggestions?

Can you sync Active Directory

Hi,

To sync make sure that all the Active Directory credencials you give are write access. You have the option of making Spiceworks make change to your Active Directory. People's view has the option for you to use to change user passwords and profiles. Have the peoples view checked if you want the changes in your Active Directory. If you make changes in this box then the changes will be seen on the Active Directory. If there is a user with login problem then check whether the logins in people's view is the same you are using. You can also choose to let users manage their own profiles or disable this option.
