I am really interesting in playing test drive unlimited 2 with network. So I need perfect network with minimum down time. So it is possible to use hamachi virtual network for it?

It will just depend on the speed of your virtual network. If the network happens to be having a lot of people who are downloading then it is likely to be slow. But if there are few people on it and you are the only one playing the game, then you will enjoy playing the game at good speeds.
