Can’t use Oracle report builder open office

Hi,

I decided to use Oracle report builder open office because I wanted to have a nice and clean reporting than the standard built-in report. But now I can't create a new report. What's the problem? I installed it correctly. Please help.

Hi Beeky,

Here may be the solution to your question.

 

Either you have not selected the correct type or you did not start studio editor. 

 

To create a new report, please follow the steps below:

 

First of all you have to decide that which type of report you want to create

 

1. Tabular- Displays the data in the form of columns

2. Chart- Displays the data in the form of figures

3. Cross-tab- Displays the data in a matrix or spreadsheet

4. Label- Data generally used for internal company routings.

5.      Export- Formatted data

 

After that start the SQR Production Reporting Studio Editor to create new reports.

 

If you want to create a report from a Layout Template, simply click the Templates tab.
