Can someone help me with Edid generator Intel HD?

I have a Sony Bravia EX310 LED monitor  with 24P True HD and an Intel HD Graphics.  My problem is I can't get the maximum 1920×1080 resolution both for my monitor and graphics card.  I'm having an error of "The EDID read for display device CRT-0 is invalid: Intel (GPU-0): unrecognized EDID Header".  I need EDID generator Intel.  Thanks.

Hi Derek,

Welcome to the forum.

It is looking like  that your display has a damaged EDID. I was having a similar kind of problem in my system, so from that problem I've learned some tricks that may help you. I cannot really promise you that it will work, but I will be  glad to help you as much as I can.

My first recommendation will be try to use another source, you can use this link as a reference.
