We have a small cluster of computers in our office. The entire data has been shared. However one of them is performing queries relatively slow. Can anyone help me with this? How can we debug?

I think you should post all your queries here or even better, the database itself. You didn't specify which part or what query is the problem and we don't even know your database structure or what your database looked like so we can't debug it.
If I understand your problem, your database is being shared to all computers in the network and one of them is performing relatively slow. It might be because one of them has been infected by a virus or the NIC is faulty. Check your hardware first and try it again.
