Dear kamithon,

Actually the problem is with your pen drive because when first time you installed in your pen drive it works but now second time it does not work. So to solve this problem I suggest you few ways you must follow these to fix your problem.

Firstly you can format your pen drive fully and make sure there is no any bad sector in it and format it 100%.

Secondly there is also other way to solve your problem is to check any antivirus software for your drive and then scan your drive for viruses.

Thirdly is my personal suggestion to you that you can not use other drives and only install any windows in your HDD. It helps you a lot to reduce many of your PC errors.

Cheers.
