Can Magic TV transfer file to my PC?

I'm trying out the MagicTV MTV3700TD with the 1 TB capacity, Sigma SMP8655 chip for recording and editing Live TV.  Is there a way for Magic TV transfer file to my PC?  My desktop is on a Windows 7 64 bit system.  Thanks in advance.

Can Magic TV transfer file to my PC?

The program named Magic View and Converter has the ability to create markups for all its readable file formats without the document's authorising the application.
