I accidentally deleted SMS messages on my phone. I was wondering if I can use SQLite deleted record recovery tool to get them back? I have the 64 GB Samsung SIII that has the Exynos 4412 Quad chipset, Quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A9 CPU and Android OS Jelly Bean.

The answer for your question is NO. Obviously, SQLite recovery tool can only recover data with regards to SQLite database files. Messages on your phone is not in a database format so you cannot use the program. However, you can use an advance messaging application from android phones that can store messages for a couple of days or weeks depending on your command
You can not use SQLite recovery tool as SMS messages are not stored in DB, but you can use a data recovery tool to recover delete files from your android device, in this link it is clearly described how to proceed,
