Hey there! Adding PST files and managing them in Outlook are simple tasks once you get to know how to go about it. So, here’s how to add PST to Outlook 2010. PST is basically a file with .pst extension.  Go to File, choose Account Settings, and from the menu exhibited, select Account Settings again. Click on Data files, hit the Add option, and then choose the pst file to be added and opened.

Another method to add a PST to Outlook is to navigate to the File menu, choose Open and Export->Open Outlook Data File.

You can then choose the file to be opened.

That’s it. As simple as that!
