Hello, good day to you.

I guess it would be a lot of help for us if we know what version of MS Word you are using. Mine, is 2013, so I have to walk you through how it is done with the 2013 interface. Though you might find these similar if you have 2010 on your machine. Now, word’s property is that whenever you open a file, it remembers the screen size of the previous document you were working with. So, what you have to do is to change the view size to 100%. First is you have to click the VIEW tab lies along with FILE, HOME, INSERT.

Once you have clicked that tab, there are icons in which you can directly see 100%, that is beside the zoom icon. You just have to click the 100% icon in order to have your viewing set to 100%. Just as long as you no longer alter the viewing size, whenever you open another document, its default viewing is already set to 100%. Again, my MS Word is 2013

so I hope this one helps.

Hello,

MS WORD has the capability to remember the previous page size that you have been viewing during the last session. Mostly it is set to 100% zoom by default, but if it alters than you can adjust it through Home bar > View > 100% zoom, or you can also do it on the bar present at the bottom right corner of the MS Word screen.
