Updating Windows 7 to Windows 10 led to the 0x800ccc13 Outlook 2010 error. I can receive mail, but not able to send any. The error says that there is a problem with my network, but everything except outlook works fine. Please help.

Can Anyone Help Me To Fix The 0x800ccc13 Outlook 2010 Error?

I have faced the 0x800ccc13 Outlook 2010 error. I surfed through the internet and found out the following ways –

Method 1

a. Open Command Prompt as Admin.

b. Type sfc /scannow and press enter.
c. Wait for the process to complete.
d. Restart your device and check Outlook.

Method 2

a. Press Windows + R.
b. Type Regedit and press enter.
c. Go to \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
d. Delete 0x800ccc13 Outlook 2010 error file.
e. Restart your device.
f. You should be able to send mails.
