Camera Not Supported error when connected to system

I am getting this error while trying to connect my newly bought camera with my system and it gives the following error what to do?

Camera Not Supported Unfortunately this camera is not yet supported. Additional camera support will be added in future updates.

Camera Not Supported error when connected to system

 

Hello there! Usually that error message pops up on the screen if your current hardware doesn’t have the latest software to support the camera that you're trying to connect or install. Try to get the driver updated by installing the latest firmware/software using the disc that came with it then reboot your devices. I am hoping this will help.

Camera Not Supported error when connected to system

Well after reading your problem it is clear that your computer doesn’t have the correct drivers to that camera. I would suggest that you purchase or download the correct drivers for that camera from the internet and make sure you download from their web site to make sure that you get the genuine drivers. I hope this meets your need for now.

Camera Not Supported error when connected to system

If that error is from the camera on your laptop, you need to install its driver to make the device work. You can always download the driver from the manufacturer’s website. If your laptop is Acer, Toshiba, or Lenovo, you can download the driver from here:

• Acer Drivers and Manuals
• Toshiba Support
• Lenovo Technical Support

You need to enter your machine’s serial number or model number then click to search. When your product is located, click your product to go to the download page. Before downloading, select your correct operating system then download and install all available drivers and software for your machine. Alternatively, you can use ManyCam. It works for any webcam as long as your operating system is supported.

It supports Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 and requires Intel Core i3 or faster processor, 2 GB RAM, and internet connection for subscription activation.
