Hello

I try to upgrade to Mountain Lion, after that I find the following error when I try to start Calendar.app:

"Calendar Cache couldn't be moved because you don't have permission to access "Calendars".

And when I hit "OK", Calendar stops.

This client is an administrator on the device. I attempted granting the client 'Read & Write' admission toCalendar.app, however nothing modified.

I have one more administrator account on the similar machine that is able to start Calendar.app with no issues. Need a solution.

Thanks.

It seems that the upgrade that you did on your Macintosh computer did not go so well and had a bad effect on your other user account. Lucky you still have another user account which is still working with the application. Maybe the working user account is the one you used when you upgraded your machine to Mountain Lion and not the other one that has become faulty.

Since this is the present state of your other account, why not delete it instead then just create a new user account that also has administrative privileges to fully use the program with it. You may also try uninstalling the calendar app and then install it back, if that’s possible.
