Hello! I am thinking of buying a new laptop and I need a few important suggestions related to it. I am thinking of buying HP elite book 8440 p. Is it a good laptop to use? I am not a fan of Windows 8 and IOS either so I still have to decided which OS I should be using. What are my options?

Yes, the laptop you are buying have a very good feature. It is a very good laptop to use. If you are not interested in Windows 10, then you can uninstall the Windows 10 and install Windows 7 or Windows Vista. The HP elite book 8440p laptop has following features, which is good for gaming and for other works:

·         Intel Core i5 520M Processor.

·         GMA HD graphics.

·         14.0 inch screen.

·         Weight 2.363 kg.

Before buying a laptop you need to consider few things first.

 

1. Budget: price and your budget is important. the best thing to do here is to conduct "Window-Shopping." You can also search various websites locally how much it will cost for average/latest laptops in market.

 

2. Purpose: You need to know your purpose of buying a laptop. Not just because it is stylish or cool. If it's for your job you really need to buy one. PC gamers usually use desktop computers. parts of desktop computers can be easily upgraded and features can be easily enhanced to meet the specifications of any games they want to install.

 

3. Terms and Agreement: You need to know this if there's any defect, if you are eligible for replacement without charges.

 

Please be reminded that the model and the mobility of any computer is not so important it's just a plus factor. What is important is that it will give you avenue to resolve and simplify resolution in any of your task.
