Is Brain workout full 50 mb in size?

I just downloaded an app in itunes.  I installed brain workout version 1.1 on my iphone iOS 4.2.  It ate about 50 mb of space.  Is Brain Workout full 50 mb in space?  Itunes says it's only about 4.7 mb.
