On booting up my PC I get a notification message that says Windows is trying to install a device driver. On opening the notification I notice that Windows is trying to download the drivers without success. I have Google the problem but came up with blogs and posts that go nowhere. I am uploading the notification messages to your site.

Thank you.

Hi,

The problem here that windows does not have the drivers required for NVIDIA nForce system management Controller so this error appear. You should download the driver and install it manually.

Click this link and download the file. Extract the .rar file and run the nvusmu.exe file and install and this will fix the problem.

I hope that my solution give you enough help.

You are having problems installing a driver. The fact is that you must be having some hardware that requires the software NVIDIA. Open the Device manager by right-clicking the My computer Icon to Manage. Here you shall find the uninstalled drivers marked with question marks.

These drivers are to be installed. You must have got some drivers that are available with the hardware that you have attached to the computer. Install that Driver. Or right click one item from the list of uninstalled drivers and the click update driver.

The system tries to search out the driver from the system. If you do not find any such help, then download the driver from the internet and then install the setup manually.

For any further problems, let us know.

Thanks.
